Joy (and Rod) the owners have thought of everything and made this a five star plus experience. The property is fully equipped as a home; you need to bring nothing at all beyond personal items. The kitchen is fully stocked, all the cleaning peripherals including washing machine products, dishwaher tabs, bin bags. Tha bathroom is fully stocked in the style of a hotel, all amenties available. Robes and large towels are availble for the hot tub. the hot tub is great - an 8 person tub for the two of us. The setting is pin drop quiet, the lane is suitable for dog walking as it belongs to the farm and the neighbour, no passing traffic. Parking is secure and the property has high walls/fences for the gravel garden so is pet secure. the area is great also with beautiful beaches and walks within 15 minutes drive. It's a great place just to relax.

Beds extremely comfortable. Welcome pack more akin to a hotel rather than self catering accommodation. Superb hot tub, better for being undercover especially in unpredictable UK weather! So, so peaceful. A real get away from it all cottage but only a short 5min drive to Newcastle Emlyn for supplies. Local area beautiful too.
