This retreat rests in a quiet part of the complex, with open fields to set the scene for family's peaceful holiday experience. Once you have appreciated everything the accommodation has to offer, the south-facing garden is a refreshing place to enjoy the sunshine, and timber decked areas lie to the front and side of the cottage. Ciliau Aeron's centre isn't far and offers a handful amenities whilst also offering opportunities to walk along the winding River Aeron via the Llanerchaeron Riverside Trail and settle down for a picnic in the Ty Glyn Davis Trust Garden.

With a pebble beach and beautiful sea views, Aberaeron is perfectly positioned to enjoy boat trips and water sports, or coastal and countryside walks. Why not spend some time inland at Lampeter, a town offering access to the fascinating Welsh Quilt Centre and the Lampeter Museum, where the history buffs of the group will certainly be entertained. Short drives to Cardigan to the south, or Aberystwyth to the north provide more shops, craft centres, museums, cinema or theatre visits. A promising mid Wales location all-year-round.

Nestled on the weaving River Aeron is the welcoming village of Ciliau Aeron. Offering guests a handful of amenities, including an organic farm shop, the village is also home to the stunning Ty Glyn Davis Trust Garden and rests within easy reach of the National Trust property of Llanerchaeron with its adjacent Riverside Trail.
