An architect designed the living room extension creating a spacious and comfortable family home with attractive decor throughout. The splendid galleried space with leather sofas, wood burner, handsome stone chimney breast with solid wood mantle, exposed beams, wooden floor and floor to ceiling windows enjoys magnificent garden views with the river Teifi beyond. Fabulous pristine white bedrooms with exposed beams, sloping ceilings, latch doors, comfortable pine beds and lovely views are the essence of quiet tranquillity. Magnificent views from the terrace and 5 acres of natural wild garden. Beach 5 miles.

We loved Estuary View. And in 1 word “view” says it all. I couldn’t get enough of that view early morning, evening and while we were in the hot tub. The bedrooms were very comfortable. As were the bathrooms. Every room had the view. The facility’s were all ok very nice having a washing machine and dryer. Kitchen had everything yes a little dated but so was mine once. Plenty of walks. Poppit sands brilliant for the dog. Cafes all excepted dogs. Played cards games. With all this to do we were very busy. If I have one thing to say and it is no way a complaint the sofas? I would just say that sometimes you do get older people going on holidays and we struggled with how low all the sofas were. I sat down very comfortable but I couldn’t get up again. Ok I’m old and I have arthritis but I still like to walk with the dog. But thank you we would come back.

We have just returned from our family holiday. This house is in a beautiful spot, the veiw is amazing. The house was plenty big enough for our family, 7 adults, 1 toddler and 2 dogs, there's enough room for everyone without being on top of each other. The dog really enjoyed exploring the woodland and we all enjoyed eating and drinking out on the patio looking over the estuary. We will be visiting again.
