Head upstairs to discover the four beautiful bedrooms which are each furnished with comfortable beds. Iddesleigh, Hatherleigh and Winkleigh are just a short drive away and offer shops and pubs.
The outstanding surfing beaches of the North Devon and North Cornwall coastline are an easy drive away for a day out, with sandy shores and sheltered coves to explore including Bude, Saunton Sands, Croyde and Westward Ho! This house could be beautiful and probably was but now it’s tired and needs a refresh!The sofa’s are old and uncomfortable and there aren’t enough of them!I appreciate it’s an old house but the cobwebs are a real problem especially in the bedrooms.The kitchen utensils were very limited lots of basics missing The garden was lovely but the furniture could be improved and maybe a fir pit added the hot tub was also tired No shops anywhere near so as a minimum a pint of milk or a welcome pack would of been nice even if there was a charge I feel with a refurbishment and some new garden furniture it might be value for money but for me it’s currently not

Wonderfully located converted barn owners very accomodating and friendly, lovely surroundings and a very spacious cottage, hot tub was a hit everything you need for a relaxing time away with the family. and absoloutley great for dogs large enclosed garden our two jack russells had the best time we loved it so much we have planned to go back next year, would highly recomend.

Fab holiday home in a secluded location - beautifully quiet/tranquil garden and the hot tub was a big hit! Recommend the New Inn at Sampford Courtenay (about 7 miles away I think) - fantastic lunch there. The family were so happy at the house they weren't too bothered about going out and would've gladly stayed in the whole time. Helpful and not intrusive hosts.
