Guests appreciate the comfortable furnishings and the welcoming atmosphere provided by the owners. While some mention the site's hill as a challenge and the distance to the beach as longer than expected, the overall experience is highly regarded, with many expressing a desire to return.
The lodge is consistently described as very clean, with guests noting the tidy condition upon arrival. The attention to cleanliness contributes positively to the overall experience.
The location scores highly for its panoramic sea views and tranquillity. However, some guests noted the lodge is at the top of a steep hill and a fair walk from the beach, which may not suit everyone.
Guests find the lodge comfortable, with special mentions of comfy beds and a homely feeling. The spaciousness and light also add to the comfort level, making it a relaxing stay.
The lodge is well-furnished with necessary amenities, but some guests noted the absence of certain items like baking trays and larger towels. On-site facilities were under maintenance during some stays, affecting the score.
