This large, spacious converted barn provides the perfect base for exploring the sandy beach, bars, restaurants and much more that Aberystwyth has to offer, with a bus stop conveniently placed at the end of the access lane to the property. There is parking for 4 cars via the driveway and garden areas featuring; outdoor furniture, gas BBQ, hot tub and a bar.

Although the property was nice, it needed a deep clean throughout, especially under furniture. The crockery & glasses in the dresser were musty, they need to be kept in main cupboards. The cultery is for picnics not dinners, better quality needed. The pots/pans all needed a deep clean - lots of crumbs. Its all nicely decorated just needs tweaking ie lamps in lounge. Having said all that we enjoyed our stay but wouldnt return.
