Glendower is a lovely, quirky home from home. We found it very comfortable and warm (the weather wasn't the best)! Everything you could possibly want is here, including very comfy beds and a huge garage space. We had a lovely warm welcome from the owner Elinor, who popped round on our first evening to make sure everything was okay. The location is just perfect, a couple of minutes walk and you are on the main street. Highly recommend Glendower!

We loved staying at Glendower so much that we have booked again! The back garden is walled on all sides and is ideal for keeping dogs safe! The house is quite quirky and has plenty of space. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook a meal and has a decent oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. There is a washing machine but no tumble dryer. There is only one bathroom that has a bath as well as a shower but there is an outside toilet (would be lovely to see this back to its former glory!). We fell in love with Glendower and can’t wait to go back!

Lovely location, the property was very clean with everything we needed (even sharp kitchen knives). The enclosed garden was a bonus for our dogs. The only slight issue was the uncomfortable sofas in both rooms. We ended up using a couple of chairs from the bedrooms. The stairs are also quite steep and uneven at the top, so care needs to be taken. We had a very enjoyable time.
