We had a lovely day, owner really nice and helpful explained everything to us on arrival. Cottage absolutely beautiful with lots of character all the immunities you could want plus a lovely welcome pack which included milk, butter, eggs and of course the essential cakes and wine.Beds were super comfy, really lovely smart TV, which was great for us as we love to watch movies in the evenings. Absolutely stunning grounds really enjoyed having my morning cup of tea looking out at the wildlife.Thanks so much for a wonderful day stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the barn and will book again. The barn itself is beautiful and set in stunning grounds. It has everything you need, washing machine, dishwasher, washing line outside, towels - which are good size and quality. Under the stairs cupboard has a hoover, highchair, travel cot, airer, iron and ironing board. Theres a few board games in the cupboard upstairs along with books for all ages. A playstation 2 and games with the tv downstairs, its a smart tv so you can watch like at home. The drive down to the barn itself off of the main A40 has a bumpy part to it but is no problem at all as long as you are slow and careful which you should be on a road like that. The owners left some essentials/goodies which were much needed after our long drive. Milk, butter, ground coffee, welsh cakes, a bottle of wine. There was tea bags, sugar, coffee and hot chocolate there along with a nespresso machine and pods. The kitchen was fully equipped, washing up liquid, sponges, tea towels, kitchen roll, hand soap at all sinks. The only thing we needed to take really was our clothes, beach towels, and toiletries. The host Ewen, was lovely. They live right next door but you wouldnt know they were there. We stayed with 4 kids and a dog, we visited lots of local beaches and walked the grounds, cant wait to go again.

Our stay at the Barn was nothing less than a 5* experience. The host Ewen gives you a warm welcome (alongside an amazing hamper with essentials). The grounds you get to explore are magical and if you are a nature lover, you're in for a treat! I understand what other people have said about the road, it is bumpy at a certain section but as long as you take it slowly, all will be fine. I personally don't feel an SUV is required. We will most definitely be returning.
