Bronwion is a lovely cottage in a beautiful rural location on the edge of the village of Drefach Felindre and conveniently central for exploring the coast and countryside of Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire.

The living room with dining area is to the front of the cottage with the kitchen and shower room, both new for 2016, to the rear of the ground floor. With WiFi, TV with basic Sky and freeview, DVD player, CD player, games and books there is plenty to keep the family entertained and the kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dyer. Upstairs there are the two pretty bedrooms, one double and a room with full-size bunk beds. Access to the tiny enclosed rear yard is through a stable door from the kitchen and at the back of the terrace is steep wooded cliff. To the font of Bronwion a bench has been positioned where you can enjoy the rural view and the sounds of the river in the valley below.

Private parking is about 30 yards away from the cottage for 1 or 2 cars, along with a sizeable lockable shed perfect for storing bikes and other outdoor gear. There is a further parking area 50 yards in the other direction from Bronwion. A footpath from close to the cottage leads down to the river and it takes about 5 minutes to get into Drefach Felindre, a pretty village with river, 2 pubs, good village shop, fish & chips and hairdressers.

Fantastic for walking enthusiasts with plenty of walking from the door, as well as the coast path just 12 miles away. The area is also good for cycling with rural cycling from the door, Sustrans National Cycle Route 82 only 1 mile away and mountain biking at Brechfa Forest, 17 miles. Fishing in the river Teifi, golf and horse riding can also be found nearby. The National Wool Museum is only 0.5 mile away with Cenarth Falls and the coracle museum within 8 miles. Newcastle Emlyn market town with castle and a choice of interesting shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants is only 4.3 miles away.  The nearest coast and beaches would be at Tresaith and Llangrannog about 12 miles or head a further 6 miles down the road for the popular Poppit Sands.
