This fabulous barn has been restored to a very high standard with a contemporary feel. Nestled at the foothills of the prominent Black Mountain Range of the Brecon Beacons National Park and the magical glacial lake of Llyn y Fan Fach, which makes for a great walk. If it’s wildlife you are looking for then head over to the the Red Kite feeding station and watch the magnificent kites and buzzards. If you are seeking an adrenaline rush then bring along your mountain bikes and explore the mountains on two wheels, or head over to the Usk Reservoir and take in the breathtaking views. Other nearby attractions include the spectacular Carreg Cennen Castle, Newton House at Dinefwr Park Estate where Fallow Deer roam and the Botanical Gardens of Wales. The ancient market towns of Llandeilo and Llandovery offer lovely cafés, restaurant and many boutique shops. After a day of adventure, enjoy the barns own private hot tub where you can relax and stargaze. Shop, pub and restaurant 4 miles.

Beautiful cottage in lovely surroundings, fully equipped with everything you'd need, exceptionally clean, the little touches really make it home from home.Lovely views from the private hot tub, all round excellent property. 10/10 will definitely be booking again.

Wow - amazing. Had a great week and thoroughly enjoyed stargazing from the hot tub and watching the red kites. Accommodation was superbly clean, spacious and perfect for us - well located to explore the local area. Had good weather which always helps and on the one wet day we played monopoly before heading out for forest walk. The reindeer next door were a surprise and such big antlers - some back up options for father christmas for sure.

We were looking for quiet and comfort for our family of five. We required three bedrooms, each with toilet and shower which this provides.The standard of finish of this cottage are of a very high standard.This was an excellent accommodation for us. Hot tub was well used.We barely saw a soul all week.Perfect!
