This retreat is located close to the Teifi River, with beautiful woodland areas and rolling hills nearby, and the small market town of Llandysul just 5 miles away, with a good range of shops, pubs and eateries. Take in some Welsh heritage at the National Wool Museum or brace yourself for adventure at the Brechfa Forest, an excellent destination for mountain bikers whatever your level, both within 10 miles. Try something different and tap into your spiritual side at Skanda Vale (12 miles) full of sacred sites and temples. Picnics, water sports and even dolphin spotting can all be appreciated at the beautiful beaches and seaside towns along Cardigan Bay just 14 miles. Entering through the side door of this traditional Welsh cottage there s a welcoming and spacious boot room to store all your walking gear, beach bags and doggy things. Moving through the property you ll find a well equipped and stylish kitchen/diner which is an ideal space to enjoy a hearty breakfast before all your adventures. The kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge with a small ice compartment. Just outside of the kitchen is the utility room which houses a freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, providing everything you need for a home from home vacation. The light and airy bathroom is also located on this level with a shower over the bath and a WC. Head through to the inviting lounge with its lavish, Chesterfield settees and armchair and wood burner effect electric fire making this a perfect place to snuggle up after a day's adventures and watch a show on the TV. Upstairs, you will find two cosy and comfortable double bedrooms with wardrobes, side tables and dressing tables. This property comes with a gorgeous, enclosed, country style garden that offers spectacular views down the valley. Enjoy several places to sit and take in your surroundings, from the picnic bench at the side of the property, to the decked area on the lawn (which lights up at night) or the bench at the far end of the garden which offers breathtaking views. A dog shower is available and there s a parking space for two cars up a steep drive. Need to know: 2 double bedrooms. 1 bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer compartment. Utility with freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer. Highchair available. TV in lounge with access to Netflix. Spacious enclosed garden with picnic bench, and decked area with seating. Parking for 2 cars up a very steep drive not recommended for low level vehicles. Shops, restaurants, pubs 5 miles. Uneven steps from the car park to the property and through the garden pathway. Livestock in neighbouring fields.
