Ty Afon Jay offers a fantastic base to discover this wonderful area the large open plan modern living, dining, and kitchen space with Smart TV, breakfast island and doors leading to the garden; there is also a great games/snug room with Smart TV, multi games table and wood burner, with doors leading directly onto the garden and hot tub area. The ground floor has three bedrooms, one with en-suite shower, all bedrooms have Smart TV’s. Also on the ground floor is a family shower room for added convenience. To the first floor are two further bedrooms both with en-suites and Smart TVs.

Such a shame to have to mark this one down. It is spacious and has the potential to be excellent. HOWEVER, the main settee is uncomfortable, the downstairs bedrooms smell of drains, the roof on the games room vibrates when the wind blows and the place is generally unfinished. There are unprotected cables just pinned to the walls (is that legal?) and unfinished tiling all over the place.It looks like whoever maintains and develops this place is either out of their depth or just doesn't give a monkeys. We paid top dollar for this place and were very disappointed with the overall standard of it.

Beautiful, clean property with lots of space and interesting, modern decor. We enjoyed the snug with the woodburner and table tennis/air hockey table, playing in the garden (plenty of space and seating areas) and relaxing in the hot tub. The two friendly cats that kept visiting the doorstep were adorable too. The owner (Dave) was really lovely and quick to help with the couple of questions we had upon settling in. There were a few small things we found missing during our stay, like a lack of teaspoons, but this didn't bother us and when we fed this back to the owner upon leaving, he thanked us for letting him know and said he'd sort it that same day.

Nice house, clean and tidy but in need with some TLC in few areas (e.g. games tables damaged) The house is nicely located with many places for great walks nearby.
