Located less than seven miles away from the cottage, Barry is a favourite day trip for holidaymakers and locals alike, offering a fun seafront pleasure park with a good range of rides. A little further to the west, some fifteen miles from the property, the Welsh capital Cardiff is a vibrant city with a fantastic choice of shops, bars, museums, and arts venues, as well as a host of attractions including Cardiff Castle, Bute Park, and even a tour of Dr Who locations.
