Snaptrip says

Plas y Brain is a well-loved cottage praised for its peaceful location, spaciousness, and cleanliness. Guests enjoy the stunning views, wildlife, and proximity to beaches and attractions. The property's charm and the owner's helpfulness contribute to a relaxing and comfortable stay, despite some dated decor and minor maintenance issues.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The property consistently receives high marks for cleanliness, with guests noting it as exceptionally clean, warm, and welcoming upon arrival. There are isolated mentions of cobwebs and a musky smell, but these are not reflective of the overall feedback.

The location is highly regarded for its tranquillity, beautiful views, and proximity to local beaches and attractions. It is described as ideal for exploring Anglesey and Snowdonia, although its rural setting may not suit everyone.

Guests find the beds and living spaces comfortable, with ample room for relaxation. The property is warm and welcoming, though some guests suggest minor improvements such as additional seating to enhance comfort.

The facilities are generally appreciated, especially the games room and spacious kitchen. However, there are comments about the need for modernisation, a larger fridge, and more kitchenware. Maintenance issues like boiler smells and temperamental toilets are noted, slightly detracting from the overall experience.

While the reviews reflect a positive experience with the owner's responsiveness and helpfulness, there is insufficient information regarding specific thoughtful gestures such as gifts to accurately assess this category.

The house is huge and extremely comfortable with two lounge areas as well as a large dining kitchen and games room. The beds are very comfortable and there are huge wardrobes in every bedroom. The weather was very cold, rainy and windy but we were all warm inside the house. We had our dog with us who loved the large garden and the stair gate at the bottom of the stairs was very helpful in keeping him downstairs as requested by the owners. Dylan was very helpful and always on hand to offer advice and ask if we needed anything to help make our stay more enjoyable. We would love to return one day

Having the games room was very popular and the bedrooms were comfortable. Lovely warm house in beautiful quiet location.

The house was really comfortable, warm and had everything we needed for our stay; some of the decor may feel a little dated to some, but we found the property to be clean, welcoming and full of charm and would definitely stay there again (we hope to return). Fantastic location, amazingly peaceful and plenty of space for a large family (and dog).
