We arrived in Beaumaris on Saturday. Our first reaction was wow what a beautiful place. We drove past the house earlier in the day and was pleasantly surprised. It's a lovely cottage only a 5 minute walk into town. When it got to the time we could access the property we headed over. We managed to park although it can be tricky at times as a very busy road for parking. When we entered the property the first thing that hit us was the smell. It was horrendous. It seemed to be coming from the bathroom. It smelt like sewerage and stagnant water. This smell didn't go for our entire holiday. It got to a point were we had to go out and buy smelly candles and incense sticks. We had to cut our holiday short by 2 days because of this. The throws smelt of dog urine so couldn't use those.There was 1 blind broken in the living room, the toilet seat was broken and the shower head needed replacing. It could do with a couple more lamps in the property. If these issues are addressed then I would definitely go back, so I would recommend but only if sorted! Word of warning about the back garden. It's dangerous as no outside lighting. It definitely needs a outside light to the rear of the property. On a positive note the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything you needed. There is WiFi and a smart tv.

this cottage needs a deep clean. The smell coming from the bathroom was awful and the toilet seat was broken. One of the blinds downstairs did not work. The light on the landing kept going on and off all night. There was no bedside lamp in the room with 2 beds
