About this property

Located in an enviable location, overlooking the 18th hole of the Bull Bay Golf Club green, as well as the picturesque Anglesey coastline, is Eithin Aur, a charming bungalow attached to the golf club's club house in Amlwch. This property is ideal for keen golfers or for those who want to explore Anglesey's fantastic coastline. Find ample parking in the clubhouse carpark, before making your way to the property, where you can enjoy sitting out in the enclosed patio garden, which overlooks the 18th hole of the green and the picturesque coast beyond. Take two steps up inside the property and discover the bright and spacious open-plan living room, with sliding doors that open onto the patio and encapsulate the best of the views. Sit back and relax on the sofa and enjoy a quiet night in with your favourite film on the TV, while the well-equipped kitchen provides all the appliances you'll need to cook up a storm for your loved ones, to be enjoyed together at the dining table. When it's time to catch some rest, the king-size master bedroom provides hanging and shelving space for your belongings, while the twin bedroom has a zip/link feature, so can be made into a super-king-size double, meaning a variety of guests can be catered for. The bedrooms share use of the neutrally-styles family bathroom with shower over bath, so you can choose how best to start each day. Keen golfers can take advantage of this prime location, with guests enjoying 50% off green fees at the golf club, while walkers will relish being so close to the Anglesey Coastal Path and exploring the stunning coastline in either direction. Amlwch's town centre is under a mile away, with an extensive mining history, notable in many of its attractions, including Old Mine Works at Mynydd Parys, where you can see the red, yellow and purple rocks, which some say resemble the surface of the Moon, while the Heritage Copper Trail makes up a small part of the 125-mile coastal path. Sea fishing is a very popular past time here, and there is a range of shops to peruse and restaurants to dine in, should you feel like taking the night off from cooking duties. Venture down the coast to Benllech for a good selection of shops, pubs and cafés, as well as a lovely beach and the nearby Plas Newydd House & Gardens. The historic Beaumaris boasts an impressive 13th century castle and gaol, as well as the Old Court House Museum, RNLI Lifeboat Station, plus a beach and pier, where you can enjoy a boat trip to nearby Puffin Island. From here you can cross the Menai Bridge over to mainland North Wales to discover the Snowdonia National Park, boasting exceptional walking and cycling trails, rugged climbing peaks, glistening lakes, and fantastic outdoor activities amidst breath-taking landscapes. Eithin Aur is a fantastic base from which to explore the Anglesey coastline.

Amlwch is a small seaside town that can be found in the northeastern corner of Anglesey. Discover the history of Amlwch and its copper mining tradition on the Heritage Copper Trail, which is part of the 125-mile coastal path, or visit the Old Mine Works at Mynydd Parys. Take the ferry to Dublin and spend a day enjoying Irish life, or stay on Anglesey and make the most of one of the beautiful beaches on offer.
