We had a wonderful stay at the wheelhouse and hope to visit again as it is in a lovely location. We saw plenty of deer, ducks and a heron. The property had everything to make the stay comfortable. Plenty of utensils for cooking at home. The addition of the hot tub was a bonus, especially after a long day sightseeing. Lovely to soak our old bones!

Booked this Wheelhouse as it was different from the standard places we stay at. Lovely place that is right on the bank of the river Avon. Very peaceful and relaxing, the children especially liked the hot tub. We found it a bit expensive, but this was probably due to it being in the school holidays. Edinburgh and Stirling were only about 30mins drive away and the local big stores were about 10mins.The owners were friendly and helpful. Overall we all throughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it if you want to get away from the usual holiday parks and such.
