One of the best presented holiday homes we have started in. All fixtures and fittings are quality as is cutlery and crockery in rhe kitchen. Ground source heating is very effective give and if you get cold there is a log burner. Great location for Edinburgh and Fife with a bit longer journey to Glasgow (approx 40mins). Loved it…..,.

Lovely week at the Haymakers. The cottage is superbly presented and in a lovely quiet area. You can wander around the farm and say hello to the horses. The cottage was superbly equipped , you really don’t need anything more than your suitcases and some food. The location is ideal for Edinburgh ( we recommend park and ride from the airport) , Glasgow ( train) and Loch Lomond ( hour drive). The local town has all the amenities you need. You will need a car to realistically get to the local pub as the site is on a busy A road with no footpath. As the M9 is very close you have instance access to the Forth bridge, Stirling, Falkirk and lots of history on the doorstep.Check in / out is painless, we had no problems with any aspect of our stay.Highly recommended in all aspects.
