Positioned on a working arable farm between the towns of Linlithgow and Bo’ness you will find Falcon Cottage. The house was constructed under architect supervision in late 2021 and has been finished to high luxury standards. There are three double size bedrooms making the cottage perfect for a family or small group looking to base themselves centrally for taking advantage of whatever it is that attracts you to this part of Central Scotland. The smaller of the three bedrooms has been fitted with a kingsize bed, while the second has a zip and link which could either be a super kingsize bed or spit into two single beds. The same bed set up is in the principal room and there is also a Smart TV with a well finished en-suite shower room. The main living space is bright, modern and has many features designed to make your stay more enjoyable. The living room has the most beautiful view overlooking the rolling fields towards Linlithgow, and a very efficient wood burner to heat up those who may have ventured out on a chilly winter’s day.
Down a few small stairs from the living room area is a dining space, open plan with the kitchen. Here you’ll find everything you could need to prepare and enjoy meals in high specification kitchen, and a utility room at the rear with washing machine and dryer. The tiled floor and covered access to the rear of the building make this ideal for muddy boots and wet coats. The main bathroom with its four-piece suite completes the accommodation and compliments the standard of luxury throughout. The deep bath has a shower attachment in addition to the separate shower, so mornings rushing with kids should be a little easier to organise.
Outside there is a generous garden where guests can relax and take some time to enjoy the surroundings. Everything within the property from top to bottom has been fitted with the comfort and experience of the guest at the forefront of the thoughts of the owners. Located just minutes from the Royal Burgh of Linlithgow with the historic palace, plethora of bars, restaurants and cafés is quite a charming place to visit. Nearby Falkirk is home to the Kelpies and is a must visit, ideal for a family selfie. One of the fantastic things about this part of the world is how easily accessible the major towns and cities are. Glasgow and Edinburgh are about 30-minutes by car, you could even get to Loch Lomond in the Trossachs by car in an hour, as you pass through Stirling with the castle on the way.

Stayed at this very modern property for a weeks break. There was just 2 of us so had acres of room. The cottage has absolutely everything and anything anyone would ever need from cooking a banquet right down to spare toiletries such as tooth brushes, shampoo etc just in case you forget to bring them. It is very warm, has a fully equiped utility room, a modern, very well equiped kitchen and loads of storage space for 6 people as intended by the owners. Jenny was very helpful with recomendations on where to eat out. We liked the Bridge Inn, Linlithgow.Loads of things to see and do, The Kelpies, Falkirk wheel, Edinburgh, North Berwick and Dunbar, Stirling and along the coast on the opposite side going across one of the bridges. Coorie by the Coast, a cafe in Limekilns, is worth a visit. Thank you Jenny.

Wow well what can about this property, It is stunning in every way! I had some work to do in Glasgow so wanted somewhere local to stay and travel too, I took my family with me as a little holiday for us all, The property was amazing, literally everything you can think off they have provided from sugar to bin bags, spare batteries to an Ice cream scoop. games to play and books to read. The layout is fantastic, the place was super clean and I couldn't find a single fault with it in any way and I stay in a lot of hotels and places similar, we spent the down time doing local attractions and with Edinburgh only 40 mins away we spent a day there doing the tourist things. My partner wants to move there it was that good, we have already looked at availability in the future,
