Our group had 9 adults and 3 kids under 4. The house was well stocked (although champagne/prosecco flutes would be a good addition). The house was mainly very clean (a few areas needing a bit of TLC). The hot tub was used despite it being December. A cover over the top of the hot tub area would make it better. I received multiple phone calls, emails and messages before, during and after the stay, particularly regarding leaving a 5 star review. Whilst some may find this attentive, others may find it annoying. I would recommend the property and the area.

However the bbq was not clean and there was dust throughout the house on arrival. With the size of group the cottage can take the fact the hot tub is not checked daily it is surprising especially with us having one ourselves.

The Victorian villa was very clean throughout and welcoming and warm. The kitchen dining area was very large with a hugh table capable of seating all of us (12) in comfort and the equipment in the kitchen for food storage, preparation, cooking and washing up was exactly what we needed for our early 'Xmas' weekend. Throughout the house the sitting rooms and bedrooms were nicely decorated and well presented with a theme running through them. The beds were extremely comfortable. Killin is a good area for walking and there a few nice pubs to rest in before returning to ease tired bodies in the hot tub . We were lucky on the weekend we visited as it snowed adding a touch of Xmas to our visit. As a result of the snow and rain the Falls of Dochart were spectacular. We had a great weekend
