The cottage is is superbly located for the walks we did set in lovely kept grounds. Very peaceful area with lots of walks close by. Great to see all the wildlife in and around the garden and stream located just at the bottom of the field. Cottage is well presented with plenty of things to use and do inside.

The location of the cottage was great, walks close by and Killin has all the amenities for your holiday needs We were disappointed with the general cleanliness of the cottage it could do with a deep clean and the old broken games , crockery etc being removed . The drive was very muddy in the wet and no path to the cottage that didn't get your feet wet by the time you reached the back door. We would bring wellies to get out of the car next time. The price bracket for the house was in the right region for what it is and what it has to offer

The cottage is super and in a super location. It is spacious with a very well equipped kitchen and plenty hot water. It has a very comfortable and welcoming feel when you walk into it. Outside there is a massive garden with garden seats to take advantage of the lovely view up the glen. The bird song is lovely, bring some peanuts for the nuthatch as he is particularly fond of them! We were hill walking and their is loads of choice easily accessible. The cottage is in a lovely private location but you can walk into Killin easily.
