Step outside to your private decking featuring an integrated canopy and soft lighting, ideal for unwinding whilst enjoying the fresh air. Absolutely beautiful accommodation, looks just like the photos. Hot tub was a massive bonus. We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean, everything mentioned in write up was supplied. We really wish we stayed longer. We came back feeling so relaxed and refreshed. Ideal location, nothing too far away. Staff were so helpful when it came to emailing them about our stay etc. Only criticism I would give is we arrived late, so when we got to the location we didn’t actually know where to go, we were advised to call the landline when we got here to be told what lodge we would be staying in. Called the number to which it mentioned the Offices were closed. My Husband had a look around and it was really lucky that about half an hour later he came across someone who knew the owner, who then provided my husband a number to which we finally got told which pod we were staying in. We managed to get a good couple of hours in the hot tub on our first night so it wasn’t all bad. We then had a problem when we went to leave our Pod to go out for the day that our door wouldn’t lock from the outside. This was on the Saturday, again rang the number from the public website, to be told the mail box was full and to try again later. My Husband had to go through the sales option in order to speak to someone, we had a member of staff come out and he said he would need to get one of his boys to come and fix it. Myself and my Husband didn’t mind leaving our POD unlocked which was lucky as another couple/family may of. We came back from our day out and the door was the same, hadn’t been looked at. We were checking out the next day so it wasn’t a massive problem and we weren’t going out again before we were due to leave. It was just the communication that let the stay down. Apart from that would recommend to anyone and would love to stay again.
