This Luxury Cabin is an idyllic log cabin located in the stunning Scottish Borders offering 360° views of the beautiful Eildon Hills. The cabin has been built to blend in with the local surroundings and has its own private garden - a little oasis to relax and enjoy in. Perfect for making yourselves comfy on the large decking in front of the fire pit or sinking into the wood fired hot tub to enjoy a glass or two whilst taking in the scenery.

The space

On entering the cabin through the large glass entrance way, you will immediately be met with the feel of luxury and style. The open plan living area on the first floor has a fully fitted kitchen with all the mod cons you can think of and a dining area that seats four. The lounge area has a comfortable sofa and chair cosily placed in front of the log burner and 32" Smart TV with free Netflix access. Throughout the ground floor there is under floor heating to keep everyone toasty on those colder days of the seasons.

There are two bedrooms, both have zip linked beds that can be made into 2 singles or a super comfy king size bed. The ground floor room has access to the luxury shower room and the second bedroom is on the mezzanine floor above the living area where spectacular views of the stunning countryside can be enjoyed from the high level windows in the vaulted ceiling.

Guest access

The property is all yours for the entire stay and has its own private garden. Guests will be met on arrival by the owners.

Sustainability

The owners have built this luxury home whilst keeping a mind to being environmentally aware. The central heating is provided by an eco-friendly air source heat pump using electricity from renewable sources only. Firewood for the wood burning stove and hot tub comes from sustainable sources, currently the owners woods. The grass turf roof minimises the visual impact on the landscape and helps with local wildlife. The carbon footprint of the cabin build was kept to a minimum by using local timber logs sourced from local trees and a local log cabin builder.

We encourage you to offset the carbon emissions from your trip so please get in touch with our Guest Services team and we can arrange this for a small fee.

Extras

Well-behaved dogs are allowed for a charge of £30 per dog per week. With an enclosed garden and fabulous walks – it’s a holiday for them too.

Hot tub is not hot all the time. Heated by an integrated stove which has to be lit manually. Logs are provided.

Check-out: by 10am

Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you're legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the booking value plus applicable booking and service fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Security deposit: A security deposit of £150 will be charged prior to check in and returned following your stay.
