The owners lived next door but were never intrusive. christine had baked a cake for our arrival which was a lovely touch. we had a great stay the location was great for getting to places. my sister and I would highly recommend staying here.

The cottage was absolutely spotless and contained everything we needed for our 6 day stay. The owners were there to greet us, had the heating on ready and even a delicious lemon drizzle cake waiting for us. Delicious and thoughtful! We enjoyed watching the deer and birds from the window and at night there is absolutely no light pollution! We didn't experience any disturbance from the saw mill opposite and the parking was more than adequate. A lovely stay, will definitely return!

A comfortable, homely bungalow with all the facilities you could want, plus a delightful garden to sit and while away the time. The owners aren't intrusive, but are only next door if you need anything. Whether, walking, cycling or touring in the car a lovely area to explor.e
