The owners have comfortably furnished this home and they had decorated it for Christmas so nicely complete with tree. The grounds are lovely and our dog thoroughly enjoyed them too. We will definitely be back to stay to explore the Scottish Borders more and this wonderful house is definitely an amazing home to do so from. We loved it

Bar none. The facilities and the location were absolutely perfect and ideally placed both for Jedburgh and touring the Borders and Northumberland. I have no hesitation in giving Todlaw Farm House the highest recommendation possible.

A good base to explore the area, and a quiet and relaxing safe retreat after a day out. There was good outdoor furniture provided front and back to enjoy the position of the sun and enjoy the local picturesque views. Our Grandchildren enjoyed the very safe garden and the local wildlife / farm animals. In the double bedroom, it would have been useful for us to have an electric shower fitted above the bath. This would save having to use one of the showers fitted in the other two rooms. That said, having en-suite in each bedroom and a downstairs toilet was a welcome bonus. The property has its odd quirks. Not really an issue but some of the doors could do with easing and oiling to prevent creaks and odd stiffness. We would certainly be happy to return if visiting the area in future.
