The Old stables is a stunning two-bedroom stable conversion, all set on one level and offers a luxurious open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The two bedrooms are spacious and have high quality beds and luxury bedding. The kitchen has everything you need, full of mod cons and the shower room has a large walk-in shower. Snuggle up in the evening in front of the lovely central wood burner and catch up on SkyTV. The two panoramic windows make this space beautiful and bright with lovely views over the courtyard and countryside beyond.

Locally: With excellent outdoor activities to be enjoyed locally including Countryside Walking, Cycling, Fishing, Golf and Water Sports.

Howwood has two pubs and Bowfield Country club with excellent restaurants. Pubs and restaurants in many of the neighbouring villages. Local village shops, the town of Johnstone 3 miles and mainstream supermarkets within 4 miles.

Railway station with regular trains to Paisley, Glasgow and beyond. Howwood is only 30 minutes’ drive from Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park, one of Scotland’s most picturesque areas. Visit the Trossachs Discovery Centre to learn more about this exciting area or enjoy a cruise on stunning Loch Lomond.

The cosmopolitan city of Glasgow is easily reached for a day out and offers shopping, restaurants, theatres and galleries. Stirling is easily accessible for the day and well worth a trip with its ancient castle, once belonging to Mary, Queen of Scots.

The Old Stables being set in a lovely peaceful area just a few minutes to the local village where you will find General store, pubs and popular restaurant. Go for walks and explore the local countryside and woodlands. The Old Stables is an extension to the owner’s beautiful house but has its own private entrance. There is plenty of parking space.
