Set in an elevated position on a quiet private road in the Victorian conservation village of Birnam, this cottage has its own garden within the grounds of the owner’s property. Walking, cycling, golf, fishing, castles, gardens and distillieries locally. Excellent transport links, with Dunkeld railway station, 400 yards. Shop and pub 600 yards.

A very enjoyable holiday, weather was very good all week with sunshine every day making it possible that we could get out and about in the lovely countryside. Mark was very helpful with any questions we had and made us very welcome. The train journey to Inverness was wonderful with wonderful views and only a very short walk to the train station.

We enjoyed a wonderful relaxing week at the Coach House. The property really had everything we needed, a cosy, comfortable base to explore an area that was new to us, but that we will certainly return to. Great communication from Mark, our host made sure everything was smooth on arrival. There was pretty much everything we could have wanted in the house. All in all, a great location to get around and enjoy.
