The spacious living room is situated on the first floor, maximising the amazing seascape through large floor-to-ceiling windows. The large kitchen/dining room on the ground floor opens out through French doors onto the gardens and decking with hot tub. The principal bedroom on the first floor enjoys the same incredible views. A large en-suite with sauna adds to the luxury of this beautifully presented cottage. Downstairs are three further bedrooms and a large family bathroom.

The surrounding area is an outdoor enthusiast’s paradise. Fishing, hill-walking, climbing, kayaking, sailing, swimming and mountain biking are all regular pastimes. There is an abundance of wild-life in the region, including seals, otters, deer and a wide variety of birds, including golden eagles and osprey.
