What a special little hidey hole. The sibling and I arrived mid morning after a glorious overnight on the Caledonian express. To find a lovely cottage waiting for us. Spotlessly clean we were unpacked and ready in minutes. A lovely little courtyard for my dog to sniff and widdle and nearby beach walks to blow out the cobwebs. The stove is easy to light and though we didn’t have loads of wood a quick text meant a delivery that day. We were careless so needed that!A couple of points. There was no milk which we have put down to forgetfulness because everything else was there and it certainly didn’t mar our holiday. Oh and a tea cost for the big tea pot would have been ideal we coped ;)We had a fab relaxing few days, ate great food and enjoyed the cottage and the area. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay in Dolphin Cottage and in Nairn itself. The cottage is well equipped and well maintained. It’s location, with the park and beach in one direction and the town centre in the other, all within a short walking distance, was ideal for us.
