Apart from relaxing in the peaceful surroundings, there are plenty of local activities to enjoy, including walking, biking, angling, golf, ornithology, dolphin watching, Loch Ness cruises and a distillery. Inverness is very accessible within 20 minutes and has cinemas, swimming pool, bowling, theatre and good restaurants. A day trip to Ullapool and the West Coast can be reached in 50 minutes.

This was our first time in Scotland Wow did not disappoint The Cottage was lovely, it sleeps 7 people but it was just my husband and myself and our 2 little dogs We had a lovely stay, it was so quiet which is exactly what we were hoping forThe bungalow had a lovely sun room which we had breakfast in every morning Feeding the birds was a lovely feature Such a shame the owners are having to sell through to ill health, because we would have definitely gone back
