Cosy cottage with beautiful views over the Five Sisters of Kintail and Loch Duich, great walking on dramatic Falls of Glomach.. The cottage is in a beautiful location. It’s just off the road, but actually once you are down the path at the cottage, and particularly at the private wildlife hide it’s so secluded. The view is stunning. From the cottage we saw seals, wild goats, porpoises, and had a glimpse of an otter. The cottage itself is really well equipped. The kitchen had everything we could possibly have needed.

What a gem of a cottage, I can't over exaggerate how stunning the views are and your own Loch side hide is the cherry on the cake. We had a lovely welcome and a few treats waiting in the fridge. We had amazing weather which ment we mostly sat outside but if the weathers more inclement then inside has the large picture windows so you can still enjoy the incredible views. We were also lucky that our trip coincided with a full moon which we watched rise majestically, over the mountains at the end of the loch, from the garden. Pictures are accurate for the accommodation so you can see how lovely it is. We saw lots of wildlife: seals, porpoise, eider ducks and other birds from the accommodation, even an impressive young stag whilst driving down the drive. Eagles, otters, dolphins and other wildlife whilst on our travels to Skye and surrounding areas. We recommend a trip to "The Plock" view point in Kyle of Lochalsh, a beautiful place to explore and sit by the sore wildlife watching. Thank you Shoreside for an amazing holiday we will always remember!
