This spacious, detached property has all the living space on one level, with a bright and airy living room with French doors leading to the enclosed garden, a kitchen with dining area for all to enjoy a hearty meal, and two attractively presented bedrooms. Situated half way between the Cairngorm and Lecht ski centres, where you can ski and snowboard, or climb and walk, in some of Scotland’s most scenic areas. Amongst the many activities available are mountain biking, kayaking, gorge walking, clay pigeon shooting, golf, fishing, tennis, swimming and zip lining to name just a few. Why not take a trip along the world’s only Malt Whisky Trail, or visit some of the lovely fishing villages dotted along the Moray coastline. Visit the nearby Craggan Outdoor Centre just on the edge of the town, where you can experience a large range of outdoor pursuits.

Slightly further afield, you can visit the Landmark Forest Adventure Park in Carrbridge, the Highland Wildlife Park at Kingussie, or take a trip up into the Cairngorms mountain range on the funicular railway and see the reindeer in the Cairngorm Centre, or board the steam train for an exciting trip through the beautiful countryside. The vibrant town of Aviemore is just 15 miles away, where you can enjoy a wide range of restaurants, pubs and shops.
