    ) and board games. There is a small steep outdoor staircase to negotiate to get to the property, but is well lit and easily manageable. Parking within designated parking is a bonus and made packing and unpacking so much easier (especially with a dog!). In addition to formal contact via the booking agency the owner sent a couple of texts to check in and offer additional support if needed which was very welcome. The property is well maintained and well equipped - a simpler tin opener would be a help but otherwise all good. I would recommend this for a couple or parents with a young family (there is room for a small bed to be added to the main bedroom as well as the sofa that makes up to a bed) access to Netflix and Sky was also a bonus.. highly recommend!

    Good location on Grantown main street. Minor issue with hot water in the bathroom - sink and shower water was only lukewarm. Couldn't work out how to use the induction hob, even though instructions were provided.

    Well presented basement flat, the kitchen has all the utensils required for all your cooking needs. After a days walking there is nothing better than a soak in the hot tub which is very well maintained. Jude the property owner is always available if you have any questions. Would definitely return
