Thoroughly enjoyed my break at single malt cottage, The cotttage had everything you need, the location was great for me, so remote, so quiet. Great views over the loch, could only give a 3 star for local amenities as it was a 4 mile drive for a coffee, 4 and a half miles to the nearest pub but this didnt bother us, on the plus side it is right next door to Donnies Tablet shed which is full of glorious goodies.

A wonderful stay in a stunning location. Incredible ever-changing views across the sea, especially dramatic during Storm Amy. One of the best equipped self-catering cottages we have stayed in, very cosy and perfect for couples. Lovely welcoming host who kept in contact especially during the storm. Single Malt cottage is a great base to explore Skye.
