We had a fabulous stay at Tigh an Dun. The cottage is really spacious, warm, and being right on the shore, the views are amazing. We loved being able to sit and spot birds and other wildlife, and our children enjoyed playing on the shoreline. We found the beds really comfortable and warm, and the front porch is an amazing space for being able to dry wet boots and outdoor gear. The house is also really well-appointed throughout - great kitchen, fully equipped. We made good use of the log burner and also enjoyed a couple of visits to the sauna (a real bonus!). We appreciated the firewood which was made available. In addition, the house is in an excellent location for being able to access all parts of Skye, and very close to Broadford for shops and other amenities. We hope to return some day!

Almost certainly the best accommodation we’ve ever stayed in. Stunning location, really well appointed, everything you need in the kitchen. Sofas and beds were really comfortable. Comprehensive television channels available. The views from the cottage were simply amazing. Then there were otters, herons, seals and water birds right outside. The sauna was an added bonus. Would thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic cottage in a wonderful location with wildlife on your doorstep. We had a fantastic time in this beautiful stunning place. Sauna was amazing & I enjoyed it on a number of occasions. The Isle of Skye is magical ❤️It was so good a friend who is a wildlife photographer has booked it for a week on the 31st October.
