Durnoch is a historic village, known for its award-winning, wide sandy beach and its Championship golf course, which is renowned world wide. Central to the village is the beautiful Dornoch Cathedral. Dornoch has an unusual and interesting selection of gift shops, notably the Old Jail, which prides itself on stocking a wide range of products made in the Highlands. There are numerous places of interest within easy reach, including Dunrobin Castle, seat of the Dukes of Sutherland, Glenmorangie, Clynelish and Brora distilleries, and stunning beach and woodland walks all around the area. We had a fantastic week the flat has everything that you need spotlessly clean when we arrived. I would recommend it to anyone quiet location close to anything you need the village Dornoch was beautiful The general store is definitely worth a visit they were lovely and friendly. The beds were extremely comfortable great bath and shower good kitchen really good quality appliances. The only thing we found was that the lounge furniture wasn’t very comfortable and we didn’t spend much time sat on it either. Otherwise it’s one of the best places I’ve stayed.

We loved every minute we were there, the flat is clean, modern and very comfortable, the location is great, walking distance to the beach and the local village, and Dornoch its self is beautiful and very friendly.
