We had a lovely break at The wee Belter.Well equipped house, very quiet village, stunning beach, lovely garden area, a shop can be found at the caravan site next to the village. We used The Wee Belter as a base for seeing the top of Scotland. We were out every day and visited lots of places.Dornoch is just a couple of miles away and is a beautiful place.We walked on the beach behind the house everyday, so quiet and clean.The roads are a dream not much traffic.Beautiful view from the bedroom window and you can fall asleep listening to the waves. The kitchen window view also has the best view whilst washing up.Parking outside the house and quiet neighbours.I wouldn’t recommend the house to anyone with mobility issues as the stairs may be a problem and if you are tall like my husband you must remember to duck going through the front and back door. The rest of the house is fine height wise.The bathroom is downstairs, the house is warm and we didn’t need to light the stove. Perfect week away, relaxing, quiet and a fabulous restful holiday.

The Wee Belter is aptly named! A lovely little place in a wonderful location. Only snag - top bunk is a bit awkward to access due to the slope of the ceiling but fine for little people! We shall definitely return.
