Adventure out and climb the classic hills like Suilven and Stac pollaidh. There are several beautiful white sandy beaches all within easy reach. Visit Smoo Cave, the spectacular sea cave and Sandwood Bay, and for golfers there is a challenging golf course in Durness. Ullapool, which is further afield, has a greater range of facilities, other shops, restaurants and pubs as well as the main Ferry terminal to Stornoway and the Outer Hebrides.
