A clean, comfortable, spacious flat in a great location for exploring the country estate it is on, train link to Edinburgh was good. Local superstores and fuel are a 10 minute drive away. Very quiet at night and comfortable beds, plenty of kitchen equipment. We would stay here again.

We booked here as we were attending a wedding at Balbirnie House and wanted to be there the day prior. This was ideal as located in the grounds so could walk to and from the wedding without having to wait on taxis. The accommodation was presented well and had everything we required for our short stay.
