Guests say

Roseville Annex is consistently praised for its cleanliness, comfort, and friendly hosts. Guests appreciate its convenient location for exploring nearby attractions and the cosy, well-equipped accommodation. While there is a mention of heating issues and a delayed washing machine delivery, the overall sentiment is highly positive, with many guests planning to return.

The cottage receives high marks for cleanliness, with multiple reviews noting it as spotless and well-maintained.

The location is appreciated for its proximity to local attractions and the ease of reaching places like St Andrews and Edinburgh, though one review mentions a long road to shops and restaurants.

Comfort is generally well-regarded, with the cottage described as cosy and comfortable. However, one review cites a lack of heating control and additional blankets, slightly lowering the score.

Facilities are mostly praised as well-equipped and sufficient for a pleasant stay. However, there are concerns about heating control, shower drainage, and a temporary issue with the washing machine.

There is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches beyond the general helpfulness and friendliness of the hosts, so this category cannot be scored.

Great location to explore the local area including Edinburgh, St Andrews, Falkland Dundee and many other interesting places. The cottage is well equipped, very clean and easily accesible.

Roseville Annexe was a very clean, warm and comfortable cottage. The friendly owners were next door if needed. Our reason for this break was to go to the Dunhill Links golf competition at and around St Andrews, which was easily reachable. Also lovely coastline and villages nearby.
