Luxury these apartments are not. I can only speak of no.19 Fairways but reading reviews of the other apartments they're pretty much dire as well, cheaply furnished & basic, glass topped tables with chrome legs, white plastic vinyl seats that were popular in the 80's We had a stained dark brown settee which creaked & squeaked when sat on, not the glorious white/cream corner sofa as per website pictures. No welcome pack on arrival, no privacy at all around the hot tub, looking onto 3 huge LPG cylinders despite fencing & seen from above apartment! Rubbish strewn along the back wall, empty cans of lager, plastic sheeting caught in the sky dish & blowing wildly. The beds were not super king size but very basic large doubles with cheap, uncomfortable mattresses. To the owners/letting agents we'll not be back & we don't recommend either.

We did not feel that this property was up to standard due to the lack of equipment compared to what we have found in other properties. On day one we had to report a leaking tap which was soaking the bathroom sink unit and surrounds. We also could not get the TV to work as the instructions bore no resemblance to the remotes supplied. The patio door lock was jammed, the bathroom extractor fan did not work and so the bathroom was steamed up whenever the shower was used. The shower had plenty of very hot water but the controls were difficult to set for an even temperature. No bathmats provided for use in or out of the shower, no handrail for ease in access to or from the bath. The toilet seat hinge was broken. There were no hooks for bath robes or to hang wet towels.A glass lampshade was missing in the bedroom, presumably broken and not replaced. The wardrobe had a few clothes airers inside but these were damaged and unusable. The kitchen lacked oven trays, oven gloves, coasters and place mats for hot dishes. No coffee table. We were provided with one cloth and a bottle of washing up liquid, nothing to keep cutlery and dishes clean after use. We bought our own supplies to ensure we left our used items clean. We did not use the hot tub as it was very exposed, no privacy and had a pile of bricks holding down the cover. There was no evidence to show how often the water was changed or cleaned. Location wise we feel it should be mentioned that access to the town is only 10-15 minutes, this is only achieved by walking down steps with a steep climb. A car was necessary other than the steps as the road was without a pavement and very, very steep if walked. We found the appearance of Fairways disappointing on arrival as the sign was damaged and the bin was surrounded in rubbish left for the refuse collection. The property was light and airy and filled with sunshine, overall we felt it just needed a bit of love and attention, perhaps it had not been reviewed by the owners for some time. If many of the missing items were provided we are sure we could return but after this stay we could not recommend. We enjoyed our stay in Port Patrick and had a good holiday there, the coastline was easily accessible for walks and the local pubs had good varied menus. Plenty of places to see in the locality.

I didn’t enjoy my stay It was cold , I turned the temperature and radiators up but it didn’t change, needs more comfy sofa with armchair . The door was an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE to open and lock so much so when we eventually got in the patio doors were unlocked so I’m assuming that the cleaner couldn’t even lock it so did it from inside and left out the patio door but obviously we couldn’t do that with our belongings inside I got soaked every time we left and came back trying to do the lock. It was clean but I would say 3 star, I definitely won’t be back I think it’s basic but price does NOT reflect BASIC. Also having to find the hotel to get keys is ridiculous when it could have a lock box also when we took keys BACK to hotel we had to wait as door was locked 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️Antiquated way of gaining access to the property.
