This two-bedroom property enjoys partial sea-views and is just paces away from fantastic beaches and amenities. It is family and pet-friendly, so bring along your loved ones and leave your vehicle in the off-road parking space. Step inside to the entrance hallway, where you can kick off your sandy shoes, ready to explore the scenic surroundings. Locate the navy blue kitchen, fitted with the amenities you need to make simple yet satisfying meals; it has an electric oven, five burner induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and a coffee maker for a frothy coffee in the morning. From here, follow onto the living/dining room, a space that blends seamlessly together living and dining; it has a four-seater dining table, a plush sofa, and a Smart TV for when you want to veg out. Watch the sunset from the enclosed, rear garden with a cold beverage in hand whilst your furry friend sprawls out on the lawn. As the evening winds to a close, retire inside and wash the day away in the bathroom with either a soak amongst the bubbles in the bath or a quick shower. When sleep calls, there are two bedrooms, with a light grey décor, so you can choose between a super-king-size and a twin bedroom. A short stroll will lead you to Drummore Bay Beach; here you will find clear water and a great selection of wildlife and afterwards you can refuel at Mariners Coffee Shop or the Ship Inn. Just a short drive south will take you to the most southerly point in Scotland, the Mull of Galloway, one of the best places in the UK to see dolphins, porpoises and sea birds. You can climb to the top of the lighthouse and take in the sights or take a stroll around the peninsula. Visit Stranraer and enjoy all the history and natural beauty that this town has to offer! Agnew Park is a perfect place to take a stroll and relax, while the Castle of St. John and Stranraer Museum offer a fascinating look into the past. for the largest forest in the UK, venture to Galloway Forest Park, where you can spend the day exploring rich woodlands and enjoying picnics together. Don’t forget to take some spare carrots to feed the red deers! For a blend of country and coast, choose a stay at Oystercatcher. EPC Rating: Band C

Drummore is not only the largest and most southerly of all the Rhins settlements, but it is also the most southerly village in Scotland. This tranquil and beautiful fishing community, which has a Post Office, a charming port, and three local pubs, benefits from the Gulf Stream's warmth and receives less rainfall than the rest of Western Scotland, while the wind exhilarates walkers and outdoor enthusiasts alike throughout the winter months. The surrounding landscape is wild and spectacular, with views across Luce Bay to the Machars of Galloway, as well as views across the peninsula of Ireland's Antrim Hill, the Mountains of Mourne, the Cumbrian coast, and the ridge of Mona's Isle on the Isle of Man, which are all visible on a clear day.

The bungalow is lovely modern and all facilities you need. Our only comment is that a 5pm access to accommodation is late in the day especially for a winter break. The house was cold when we arrived and took couple hours to warm up. The Ship is great place to eat. Thank you.

Very cold especially kitchen and bathroom. But heating unit buzzed all night. We decided not to stay the week and went home on Wednesday. Such a shame but it wasn’t cosy. We will book with you again as we are looking for Amble in September near the beach and pubs. Our little dog thoroughly enjoyed looking out the window. Sylvia Robertson

It has been fitted out to a very high standard. However we were disappointed with the shower cubicle---it was much too small and made having a shower quite uncomfortable. Also the basket provided in the shower for storing shower gel etc. was hopeless given where it was hanging(over the shower fitting)---it was quite difficult to fit stuff in. This would not stop us from staying at the property again.
