Dumfries and Galloway is known for its beautiful landscapes and outdoor activities such as the Mull of Galloway Lighthouse, Logan Botanic Garden, and the Galloway Forest Park, which is designated as a Dark Sky Park, making it an excellent spot for stargazing (all with 25 miles). Spend time at the picturesque harbour of Portpatrick (8 miles), watching fishing boats and yachts come and go. Visit the ruins of Dunskey Castle (9 miles), which overlooks the village and offers panoramic views of the surrounding area. Enjoy a round of golf at Dunskey Golf Club and Portpatrick Golf Club (9 miles) while taking in the stunning sea views. Dally Bay (6 miles) has a beautiful sandy beach where porpoises and dolphins can be spotted. Enter this stylish cottage into the hall that leads you to a spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Get cooking in the well equipped kitchen, enjoy a family meal in the comfortable dining area and admire the spectacular countryside views. On a sunny evening, open up the doors to the lovely garden. The decking area at the rear of the cottage has a dining table, BBQ and sun lounges this area is a great suntrap and overlooks the fields. The games room and gym area are underneath the cottage and can be accessed by the patio doors at the rear of the property, and is a great space for children and adults.
