The charming village of Isle of Whithorn lies just 1.5 miles away and is home to a picturesque harbour, an ancient church, a tearoom, and a traditional country pub. Nearby attractions include the Galloway Astronomy Centre (6 miles), where you can admire the dark skies of the Galloway Forest Dark Sky Park, and the seafront St Medan Golf Club (9 miles). A little further afield, the picturesque town of Wigtown (13 miles) - Scotland’s National Book Town - offers around 15 independent bookshops and hosts an annual literary festival.

The compact kitchen is lightly equipped with everything needed to prepare simple meals during your stay. Two bedrooms lead off the main living area: one king-size room and one cosy bunk bedroom with 2’6” bunks ideally suited to younger guests. A modern shower room completes the interior.
