Arriving at this lovely holiday property the hallway leads you through to the first of the two cosy bedrooms – a bright and attractive super-king-size zip-and-link room which features a Smart TV/DVD, iPod dock and French doors leading out to the patio. A second bedroom features twin zip-and-link beds, a Smart TV/DVD and iPod dock. The ground floor also offers a delightful bathroom and a utility room. Please request the bed make up at the point of booking.
Heading up to the first floor you will find the spacious and welcoming open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge is an ideal space for sitting back at the end of a great day, with full-length bi-folding doors opening out onto the balcony with its splendid views over the loch and park. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals which you can enjoy in the charming dining area or al fresco on the balcony. There’s also an attractive shower room on this floor.
Outside you will find the fully enclosed rear patio with the private hot tub, and there’s a lovely small enclosed front garden with furniture, a BBQ and bike storage. Off-road parking is available for two cars.
