This beautifully-appointed property, with indoor heated swimming pool, set in a third of an acre of enclosed gardens, provides generously proportioned, flexible holiday accommodation. Set between Kinross and Dollar, overlooking the Ochil Hills, it is centrally located for exploring the southern Highlands and central Scotland. Gleneagles is 15 minutes away; St Andrews, Edinburgh, Dundee and Glasgow are 45 minutes; Perth and Stirling are 20 minutes. There are 25 castles and 35 golf courses within 5-40 minutes’ drive (including Gleneagles, St Andrews and Carnoustie). Local activities and attractions include horse riding, fishing, curling, hillwalking, gliding, sailing, waterskiing, canoeing, shooting, birdwatching and golf. Various motor sports at Knockhill Racing Circuit, hovercrafting at Craigluscar and off roading at Oakley Buggy Centre. Absolutely fantastic accommodation. Spent a few days at the house with 10 other girls. Could not recommend it enough. Pool was amazing,scenery and surrounding are absolutely beautiful. Went to local shop who were amazing,organising taxis for us. We will definitely be going back. One of the best properties we've stayed at. House is immaculate and was perfect for us. Thankyou so much for a fantastic weekend

Heather was a fantastic host and the house was fantastic for our family of 10. Everything you need is in the kitchen and then some !The pool is a perfect size and the kids had a great time playing in there everyday. All the rooms are on one level so great space for everyone and we all felt comfortable and relaxed.Thank you.

Good place for a family get together or an occasional everything you need is there in the home , the layout of the house is good, imo the home now needs a small upgrade and some tlc however don't let this put you off you will still have a nice break.
