This beautifully-appointed property, with indoor heated swimming pool, set in a third of an acre of enclosed gardens, provides generously proportioned, flexible holiday accommodation. Set between Kinross and Dollar, overlooking the Ochil Hills, it is centrally located for exploring the southern Highlands and central Scotland. Gleneagles is 15 minutes away; St Andrews, Edinburgh, Dundee and Glasgow are 45 minutes; Perth and Stirling are 20 minutes. There are 25 castles and 35 golf courses within 5-40 minutes’ drive (including Gleneagles, St Andrews and Carnoustie). Local activities and attractions include horse riding, fishing, curling, hillwalking, gliding, sailing, waterskiing, canoeing, shooting, birdwatching and golf. Various motor sports at Knockhill Racing Circuit, hovercrafting at Craigluscar and off roading at Oakley Buggy Centre. We have stayed in a lot of holidays house all over the UK and this was by far the best we have stayed in. Lovely area, nice and peaceful but a stones throw away from towns and cities, and major supermarkets within a 15 min drive. Rooms are lovely and spacious, really comfortable and everything you need. Kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed and everything we didn’t think we needed but used too! Pool was fabulous and our lovely host Heather was very friendly and gave us fabulous details about the house and the area. Loads of board games and books to keep you entertained. Would love to go back!

What a fabulous house not only that a great host too! Great communication throughout, lots of info given! Upon arrival there were some lovely cupcakes drinks lots of fresh fruit milk, dishwashing tablets cloths bin bags even the great washing sheets leaf a brand created by her son everything you need to start your holiday, the house is huge and was spotless when we arrived! The pool was lovely and one of the warmest pools we have had which was great. Thank you heather we had a great week and hopefully will be back!

Just back from a fun filled stay at Tigh Na Beannaich. The house is really spacious, fully equipped with everything you need, beds all very comfortable and the pool made the stay so much fun. Peaceful location but easy access to lots of surrounding attractions. The host Heather was great, gave helpful information before we arrived, checked in via text to ensure we had everything we needed and even had some treats and essentials for our arrival. Would highly recommend for a family getaway.
