This is a great chance to get out and about amid spectacular scenery, both on land and in the water. From your door, you can walk up to Loch Gleann a’ Bhearraidh, about 1.5 miles away, or simply spend hours wandering the paths in the woods, looking out for birds and wildlife. The harbour town of Oban is just 3 miles away. Known as the seafood capital of Scotland, it’s home to a wide variety of restaurants, as well as two cathedrals, a cinema, a golf club and an array of independent shops. It’s also known as ‘the Gateway to the Isles’, and has ferries taking you to Mull, Colonsay, Tiree, Lismore and Barra. The sandy beach at Ganavan is just 5.5 miles away.

The welcoming lodge is set all on one level and has a delightful, open-plan living space that’s filled with natural light that pours in through glazed patio doors. Comfortable seating offers a well-earned rest after days exploring, and there’s a Smart TV for streaming movies and box sets. An electric fire provides an additional warming glow on chilly evenings. There’s a dining table for four, and the well-designed kitchen includes everything you’ll need for preparing quick and easy holiday meals, including a microwave. When night falls, head down the hallway to find two stylishly decorated, king-size bedrooms, with bedside tables, art and soft lighting. They share an elegant family shower room.

Your private deck is furnished with a picnic table, ready for al fresco drinks or meals, whether a relaxed morning coffee, lunch in the sun or an evening meal enjoying the twinkling stars on a clear night. As a bonus, there’s a private parking space by the lodge, with further parking available on-site.
