The quaint, white washed cottage & the wood burner make this a very romantic cottage, lovely walks along the river & forest walks close by. There is a shop only 250 yards away that has a great array of food & drink.. 2 steps to entrance.

Because of a heating fault we were upgraded to a larger house where we enjoyed the best of comfort, service and equipment. Host was excellent, helpful and welcoming.

Holly Trees is a small cottage that has been renovated to a good standard. It is suitable for a maximum of three.It has shared drive as there are two cottages on the property.The facilities are exceptional, underfloor heating is available in the bathroom, kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. Smart tv with access to netflix and prime.The negatives? We are a big family, the cottage is small.We stayed for 2 weeks. There was plenty to do in the surrounding area, Dunoon has its charms as well as a historical backstoryI would recommend that the cottage isn't suitable for anyone with a disability. Because the cottage is small so are the furnishings, difficult to get up from,However the cottage had a wood burner and an effective central heating system.
