India Lane Cottage offers the perfect base for a relaxing and interesting holiday, there are many activities and attractions both in the town and further afield. Visit the fabulous Montrose Air Station Heritage Centre - Great Britain’s first operational Military Air Station established in 1913, or the rspb wildlife Reserve at Montrose Basin where a huge variety of bird and marine life can be spotted. With glorious sandy beaches on one side and the beauty of the Angus Glens for walkers on the other side of Montrose, this really is a perfect apartment to make the most of this wonderful area.

Excellent accommodation with a few drawbacks. Stairs to front door are very steep and narrow. Shower has a large step at the entrance, difficult to negotiate as there are no grab rails.Beds are comfortable and all rooms are a good size. Location is quiet.

Lovely flat. A welcome pack of a pint of milk at least would be a help.

Pros: Excellent comfort and facilities. Cons: Upstairs flat with external steps. No outside parking, but good parking not far away.We had a good time and we would thoroughly recommend it.
