Spacious and comfortable holiday home featuring your own private hot tub. Outside, along with the hot tub, is a decked area with garden furniture. With open plan/lounge area and fully equipped kitchen with a modern finish. It has one double bedroom with an en-suite bath with overhead shower and one twin. There is also additional sleeping for two in the lounge area. There is also a shower room. Maximum 4 adults and 2 children. No pets.. Set in the picturesque countryside, the Royal Arch Holiday Park in Aberdeenshire has stunning collection of holiday homes and lodges with your very own outdoor hot tub.
There are panoramic views at the foot of the Scottish Highlands with plenty of activities nearby including fishing, golf and outdoor adventures from Paddle Boarding, Axe Throwing or Rock Climbing with the Glenshee Ski Centre in easy reach too or if you’re looking for something a little slower in pace then Royal Arch Park is close to some of the most spectacular castles in Scotland, including Queen Elizabeth II’s Balmoral and Dunnottar Castles.
There are many golf courses, from Montrose to Trump Golf Course, and the spectacular sandy beaches of St Cyrus which stretch for 3 miles are within easy reach.. Great holiday lodge experience at the Royal Arch Riverside Park in Laurencekirk, Aberdeenshire (specifically for the Hutton Lodge). Peaceful surroundings (booked just before school holidays) and the host already prepared everything for us. It is well equipped and clean for a holiday lodge. The master bedroom has an ensuite and is relatively spacious. The other bedroom has 2 x single beds which fits nicely. The common toilet and bath is of decent size as well. The property is right beside the playground so it can be great location for those families that has young children. The hot tub has been prepared for us and ready for use. Smart TV available in the living room although will require either a mobile data hotspot or a portable/pocket wifi to use functionality (but free TV channels available). Each room has its own TV as well. It has a dishwasher complete with dishwasher tablets. Has a gas stove, gas oven and microwave. It has enough kitchenware. Really enjoyed our 3 nights stay and will reconsider getting back due to its great location.

The Hatton lodge was beautiful. Really well equipped and spacious. We particularly liked the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom which contains a bath, shower and toilet. The Hatton lodge is located right beside the playpark so great if you have kids as you can watch them from the comfort of your lodge.
